The first time I read a more "adult book" I hadn't even know that was the kind of book it was. I had simply thought it was a simple romance book, with a little bit of kissing and then, everyone would live happily ever after. Boy, was I wrong! The couple began to kiss, and then next thing I knew my virgin eyes bursted into flames (okay not literally but that was what it felt like)! I felt absolutely guilty after I read that, and I refused to pick up another book for two weeks after that for fear I would read something else like that. Now I love New Adult Books (even though they still make me feel uncomfortable sometimes), but romance is just beautiful! <3
